Parent Notes app for iPhone and iPad

When my kids get fever, I usually use a pen and paper to make notes of their current body temperature and to ensure that I won’t forget at what time what medicine they need to take.
This whole thing becomes a nightmare when both my kids are sick at the same time. Without this small sheet of paper, I am completely lost for sure.
One night, sitting at the bedside of my sick kids, I came up with the idea to create an application that would help parents taking care of their children.
From the app I expect:
1. To keep records for more than one person (just like a sheet of paper, where you turn over the page and you have place for a second person).
2. To include data about:
- Current time
- Current body temperature
- Medications given
- Medical examination
- Text notes, i.e. what the doctor said during the medical examination or what the current condition of the child is.
3. To separate and group data for the different cases
4. To have a reminder about the next due measurement of the body temperature.
5. To be able to draw basic charts of the body temperature.
6. And, of course, to have some little features like:
- speed
- cool look
- ease to use
- DARK background colors, because parents usually do these things during the night.
"Parent Notes" is precisely this and I am pretty sure that if you’ve ever been in a similar situation, you will know what I mean.

My kid has a fever- she is practically glued to me needing comfort. I dont have two hands free for pencil and paper, but this little app does just what I needed. Tracks temperature, has a place for notes and medications, and all in a super easy to input format. Its simple- but I need simple right now.
This app is my favorite app, now.
I thought that I was able to select my childs personalized background. One for my daughter and one for my son. Also, a huge deal for me was that there was no calendar. I wanted to be able to add an event the day before. I mean I literally was not able to set ANY dates or times. A complete waste of money. Can I get a refund?
With 4 kids, when one gets sick, the rest will probably follow. I wanted an app to keep track of each childs fever and when each one last received medicine, and that is exactly what this app does. Ive tried others and this is my favorite. I can record temps, meds, and symptoms quickly. Best of all, each childs page shows all of that, so I dont have to click through multiple pages like some other apps. This app is wonderful!
Both of my children got sick. I was about to write down their temperatures and medications...surely there is an app for that. This one is simple and streamlined. Exactly what a parent needs!
